In recent years,the incidence of lumbar degenerative diseases has increased,and the vast majority of patients need surgical treatment.Lumbar interbody fusion has proven to be an effective treatment for lumbar degenerative diseases,yielding favorable outcomes.However,post-surgical endplate injury remains a common compilation.This article reviews the research progress on the factors influencing endplate injury after lumbar interbody fusion in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases,focusing on patient-related factors,fusion device factors and surgical factors.
