Low back pain has become a widespread health issue of global concern.With the continuous development of society and the rapid advancement of technology,significant changes have occurred in people's lifestyles.Prolonged sitting,desk-based work,and phubbing have gradually become common lifestyles in daily life.An increasing number of young and middle-aged people are experiencing lower back pain.It is very important to identify the risk factors for lower back pain in daily life and to protect the waist through scientific,reasonable,and moderate exercise.
