数字化技术在脊柱外科手术教学中的应用

摘要
脊柱外科手术操作难度高、风险大,手术带教在青年医师的手术培训中尤为重要.目前,脊柱外科的传统手术教学受限于教学资源,导致教学效率低、周期长,无法满足现阶段青年医师手术培训的需求.近年来,数字化技术辅助下的精准医疗和智慧医疗与外科手术结合日益紧密,数字化技术凭借其直观、精准、高效等独特优势,可有效弥补传统手术教学的不足,推动传统教学模式向数字化、智能化转变,有助于激发青年医师学习积极性、提升教学质量.现阶段,数字化技术在脊柱外科手术教学中的应用愈加广泛,各种教学新理念、新方法层出不穷.本文就脊柱外科手术教学的现状及包括3D打印、扩展现实、手术导航和手术机器人在内的数字化技术在脊柱外科手术教学中的应用和最新进展进行综述,供临床教学工作者参考.
Abstract
Due to the high complexities and inherent risks in spine surgery,surgery education is important in the training of young physicians.Currently,traditional spine surgery education is hampered by inadequate resources,resulting in low efficiency and prolonged training periods,which fail to meet the present needs of young physicians.In recent years,the incorporation of digital technology-assisted precision medicine and intelligent healthcare with surgical procedures has become increasingly prevalent.With its distinct advantages of intuitiveness,precision,and efficiency,digital technology can effectively overcome the deficiencies of traditional surgery education.It promotes a shift from traditional educational models towards digital and intelligent educational models,which help inspire the learning enthusiasm of young physicians and improve the quality of surgery education.At present,the application of digital technology in spine surgery education is becoming increasingly widespread,with various new education concepts and methods continually emerging.This article reviews the current state of spine surgery education,and the application and latest progress of digital technologies,including 3D printing,extended reality,surgical navigation,and surgical robots in spine surgery education,for reference by clinical educators.
