矫形外科是一个西医名词,传入我国并作为一个临床学科已逾百年.矫形外科学自诞生起即专注于骨骼、肌肉、肌腱和韧带的疾病治疗.在我国传统医学中骨伤科的影响下,矫形外科学的临床范畴逐渐被骨科学代替,成为骨科学的一个亚学科.因此,矫形外科的含义在我国经历了独特的演变与发展.本文对矫形外科学的学科发展历史进行考证,解读其在不同历史阶段的含义,梳理其在我国发展的历史脉络,以期助力矫形外科的发展.
Abstract
Orthopaedic surgery,a clinical discipline in Western medicine,has been practiced in China for over a century.Since its inception,orthopedics surgery has focused on the treatment of diseases related to bones,muscles,tendons and ligaments.However,influenced by the orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine,the scope of orthopedic surgery has been integrated into the broader field of orthopedics,and has become a sub discipline of it.This integration has led to a unique evolution in the understanding and practice of orthopedic surgery within Chinese medical context.This article reviews the historical development of orthopedic surgery,interprets its meaning in different historical periods,and outlines its historical context in China,aiming to contribute to the development of orthopedic surgery.
