磨损颗粒诱导人工关节置换术后假体无菌性松动相关生物学机制的研究进展

摘要
人工关节置换术是目前骨科最成功的手术之一,但术后假体无菌性松动是初次人工关节置换术后失败和行翻修手术的主要原因.假体无菌性松动是指在无外界创伤和感染的情况下,人工关节假体与骨骼之间发生的松动.本文主要从磨损颗粒对假体周围骨溶解的生物学机制出发,探讨了巨噬细胞、破骨细胞、成骨细胞、成纤维细胞等与假体无菌性松动的关系,以期为人工关节置换术后假体无菌性松动的预防和治疗提供理论依据.
Abstract
Artificial joint replacement is one of the most successful surgeries in orthopaedics.However,postoperative aseptic loosening of prostheses remains the leading cause of failure in both primary and revision surgeries.Aseptic loosening refers to the loosening that occurs between the artificial joint prostheses and bone in the absence of external trauma or infection.Based on the biological mechanism of wear particles in periprosthetic osteolysis,this article discusses the relationships among macrophages,osteoclasts,osteoblasts,and fibroblasts and aseptic loosening of prostheses,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of aseptic loosening of prostheses after artificial joint replacement.
