强直性脊柱炎合并Andersson损害的研究进展

摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种以侵袭骶髂关节、脊柱为主,并伴随其他关节慢性进行性炎症反应的疾病.部分AS患者可合并Andersson损害(AL),导致脊柱后凸畸形、疼痛等临床症状加重,进一步影响患者的生活质量.本文对AS合并AL的病因及病理、诊断及分型、治疗取得的研究进展进行综述,以期为在临床上规范化诊断和治疗AS合并AL提供参考.
Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a disease characterized by chronic progressive inflammatory responses primarily affecting the sacroiliac joints and spine,and is often accompanied by inflammation of other joints.Some AS patients may develop Andersson lesion(AL),which can exacerbate clinical symptoms such as spinal deformities and pain,further affecting patients'quality of life.This article reviews the latest progress on the etiology and pathology,diagnosis and classification,and treatment of AS complicated with AL,aiming to provide a reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of AS with AL in clinical practice.
