Construction of the evaluation index system of occupational poisoning emergency rescue capability of public hospitals based on 4R crisis management theory
Objective To evaluate the current occupational poisoning emergency rescue capability of public hospitals in China by constructing an evaluation index system for emergency rescue capability.Methods Based on 4R crisis management theory,the evaluation index system of occupational poisoning emergency rescue capability of public hospitals was constructed by comprehensive application of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The results showed that the experts had high reliability for consulting,the response rates of the three rounds of questionnaires were all more than 85%,the average au-thority coefficient of experts was 0.834,and the overall coordination coefficient of experts was 0.505(P<0.001),after three rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation indexes system of the emergency rescue capability of occupational poisoning in public hospitals were finally determined,the system consists of 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 50 third-level in-dicators.The Cronbach's α coefficient of all indexes was 0.894.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire evaluation inde-xes were good.Conclusion The evaluation index system is based on the integrity of the emergency management system in public hospitals,and focuses on the aspects of pre-rescue preparation,rescue operation,and recovery assessment after rescue,which can provide reference for improving the emergency rescue capability of public hospitals for occupational poisoning.
