摘要
本文针对抗肿瘤药物(ADs)对女性医护人员职业健康的影响、职业暴露现状、职业防护和职业健康监测等进行综述.ADs安全处理涉及多部门、多学科、多环节,为保护女性医护人员及子代健康,建议为该群体建立职业健康监测档案,制定全覆盖的规章制度、规范、流程及培训考核计划并督导落实.
Abstract
This article reviews anti-tumor drugs(ADs)and their impact on female medical staff,occupational exposure status,occupational protection and status,and occupational health monitoring.It is pointed out that the safe handling of ADs involves multiple departments,subjects,and links.In order to protect the health of female healthcare workers and their offspring,it is recommended to establish occupational health monitoring records for this group,develop comprehensive rules and regulations,standards,processes,and training assessment plans,and supervise their implementation.
