有关尘肺病的中医药文献计量及可视化分析

摘要
目的 探讨中医药治疗尘肺病的现状与热点.方法 以尘肺病和中医药为主题,检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方中文期刊数据库和维普数据库2023年6月前发表的文献;采用知网研学、CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行计量与可视化分析.结果 共纳入296篇文献,其中临床研究226篇,发表于核心期刊63篇;文献最早发表于1958年,2002年后共发表文献242篇(81.8％),以国家卫生健康委职业安全卫生研究中心发文量最多;肺功能、煤工尘肺、汉防己甲素、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等为主要研究热点.结论 有关尘肺病的中医药研究文献数量呈逐年递增趋势,聚焦于中西医结合改善肺功能和COPD症状等领域,但数量仍偏少,应加大研究力度,为尘肺病中医药防治提供更多的科学依据.
Abstract
Objective To explore the current status and hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine on pneumoconiosis.Methods Literature published before June 2023 were searched in Chinese Journals Full Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Chinese Journal Database,and VIP Database,focusing on pneumoconiosis and traditional Chinese medicine,and bibliometric and visual analyses of the literature that met the inclusion criteria were conducted by using CNKI and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software.Results The results showed that a total of 296 articles were included,including 226 clinical studies and 63 articles in core journals;the earliest literature was published in 1958,and a total of 242 articles(81.8％)were published after 2002,the Occupational Safety and Health Research Center of the National Health Commission with the highest number of publications;lung function,coal worker's pneumoconiosis,tetrandrine,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,etc.were the the main research hotspots.Conclusion The results suggested that the overall number of literatures of traditional Chinese medicine related to pneumoconiosis has been increasing trend year by year,mainly focusing on the improvement of lung function and COPD symptoms through the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine;however,the quantity is still relatively small,and the research effort should be intensified to provide more scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis with traditional Chinese medicine.
