摘要
丙烯酰胺对人体具有潜在的神经、生殖、免疫系统毒性及潜在的致癌性、消化系统毒性.目前,尚无合适的干预措施.本文简要介绍丙烯酰胺的毒性及所涉机制,并重点探讨天然产物对丙烯酰胺毒性的干预作用,为丙烯酰胺毒性干预药物的开发和应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Acrylamide has potential neurotoxicity,reproductive toxicity,immunotoxicity,carcinogenicity and digestive system toxicity to human body.But up to now,there are no appropriate intervention measures.This paper briefly introduces the toxicity of acrylamide and its related mechanism,and focuses on the intervention of natural products on acrylamide toxicity,so as to provide theoretical reference for the development and application of drugs with acrylamide toxicity.
