中西医治疗类风湿关节炎并发骨质疏松症的研究

摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种慢性致残性疾病,易导致骨质疏松症和骨折的发生,对全球健康状况具有巨大影响.骨质疏松症作为类风湿关节炎的主要合并症之一,其发病机制主要与炎症、细胞因子释放和自身抗体产生有关.针对类风湿关节炎并发骨质疏松症的治疗,中医学强调整体观念,注重辨证论治,治疗主要用经方(独活寄生汤、桂枝附子汤)、中药自拟方、中成药等;西医学根据病因及临床表现抗风湿治疗、抗骨质疏松等治疗;此外,还有中西医结合疗法.笔者经查阅文献,总结类风湿关节炎并发骨质疏松症的治疗方法,以期为基础研究及临床应用提供思路与方法.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disabling disease that can easily lead to osteoporosis and fractures,and has a huge impact on global health.Osteoporosis is one of the main complications of rheumatoid arthritis,and its pathogenesis is mainly related to inflammation,cytokine release and autoantibody production.For the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis,traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the overall concept and pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment.The treatment mainly uses classical prescriptions(Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,Guizhi Fuzi Decoction),self-made prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese patent medicine,etc.;western medicine according to the etiology and clinical manifestations of anti-rheumatic treatment,anti-osteoporosis treatment;in addition,there is a combination of Chinese and Western medicine therapy.The author reviewed the literature and summarized various treatment method for rheumatoid arthritis complicated with osteoporosis,in order to provide ideas and method for basic research and clinical application.
