摘要
肌少症指数(sarcopenia index,SI)近年来逐渐受到各领域的重视.关于SI的研究最早集中于肌肉质量与肌少症,最近逐渐向营养、疾病预后等方向靠近,但SI是否与肌肉质量、肌少症以及营养预后等存在关联尚有争议.该文回顾了 SI的发展概况、生理机制、在肌少症诊断中的应用以及在其他领域的应用等,旨在系统了解SI的研究状况,分析表明SI可以作为肌少症或肌肉质量的辅助诊断指标,但能否成为替代诊断肌少症的指标还需要更多高质量且可重复的研究进一步验证.
Abstract
The sarcopenia index(SI)has gradually gained attention in various fields in recent years.Initially,research on SI focused on muscle mass and sarcopenia.Currently,it has recently expanded to nutrition,disease prognosis,and other directions.However,the association between SI and muscle mass,sarcopenia,and nutritional prognosis remains controversial.This article reviews the development,physiological mechanism,and applications in sarcopenia diagnosis,and applications in other fields of SI in the four aspects.The aim is to gain a systematic understanding of the research status of SI and to analyze that SI serves as an adjunct diagnostic indicator for sarcopenia or muscle mass.However,whether it may become a substitute diagnostic marker for sarcopenia requires further validation through more high-quality and reproducible research.
