Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with inflammatory back pain as the main clinical feature,which seriously affects patients'health and quality of life.Its pathogenesis is not yet clear.Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of AS,mainly in osteogenic differentiation,inflammatory response,and immune cells.Therefore,by focusing on the pathological process of ncRNA affecting the progression of AS,it may provide a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Based on this,the authors review the research progress in the correlation between ncRNA and AS,with a view to provide a reference basis for the prevention and treatment of AS.
