摘要

骨质疏松是一种以骨量减少、骨密度(BMD)和骨矿含量降低以及骨微结构受损为特点的慢性退行性骨代谢疾病,目前骨质疏松已经成为了世界上一个重要的公共卫生问题.近年来休闲性舞蹈成为一种大众休闲运动方式,具有安全且易于学习的运动形式,无时间地点限制、无不良反应的优势,被广泛用于骨质疏松的防治.休闲性舞蹈能够有效维持或增加骨质疏松患者骨量和BMD,延缓骨质疏松的发生发展.本文总结了休闲性舞蹈对中老年骨质疏松患者BMD以及相关骨代谢指标的调节作用及潜在机制,进一步阐明了休闲舞蹈防治骨质疏松的潜在作用机制,为休闲性舞蹈的推广和骨质疏松的临床防治提供一定的理论基础和参考依据.

Abstract

Osteoporosis is a chronic degenerative bone metabolic disease characterized by a reduction in bone mass,BMD,and bone mineral content,as well as damage to bone microarchitecture.It is now a major public health problem worldwide.In recent years,leisure dance has been a popular form of leisure exercise,which is widely used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis due to its advantages of a safe and easy-to-learn form of exercise,no time and place restrictions,and no toxic side effects.Leisure dance effectively maintains or increases bone mass and BMD in patients with osteoporosis and slows down the development of osteoporosis.This review summarizes the modulating effects and potential mechanisms of leisure dance on BMD and related bone metabolic indexes in middle-aged and elderly patients with osteoporosis,and further elucidates the potential mechanisms of leisure dance for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the promotion of leisure dance and clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
