Since the invention of single cell RNA sequencing,it has made breakthroughs in many medical fields,such as oncology,cardiovascular,and endocrinology,because of its ability to explore the heterogeneity of individual cells in tissues and to obtain the gene expression profiles of different tissues,organs,and cells by analysis of the result.In recent years,the application of single-cell sequencing technology in osteoporosis has been increasing year by year and still has great potential.This paper summaries the basic method of single-cell sequencing technology and its application in osteoporosis in the past three years,with a view to provide new method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis diseases.
