摘要

骨折在骨骼肌肉损伤中最为常见,其中一部分会发生骨折愈合延迟甚至骨不愈合,而针对这种情况的有效药物治疗手段还未发现.骨折愈合各个阶段均受到多种因素的影响,其中不同信号通路和相关细胞因子在愈合进程中发挥关键的作用.各项研究表明,Hedgehog信号通路可影响愈合过程中干细胞增殖分化、炎症反应、骨重建、神经再生、血管生成等多个方面,且可以受到各种激素作用和其他信号通路的共同调节,表明Hedgehog信号通路与骨折愈合密切相关.本文从上述多个角度出发分别进行综述,探究Hedgehog信号通路对愈合过程中不同环节的作用,希望为骨折愈合治疗提供新的靶点和治疗手段.

Abstract

Fractures are the most common in skeletal muscle injuries,and some of them may experience delayed or even non union of the bone.However,effective drug treatment for this condition has not yet been found.Various stage of fracture healing is influenced by various factors,among which different signaling pathways and related cytokines play key roles in the healing process.Various studies have shown that the Hedgehog signaling pathway affects stem cell proliferation and differentiation,inflammatory response,bone reconstruction,nerve regeneration,angiogenesis,and other aspects during the healing process,and may be jointly regulated by various hormones and other signaling pathways,indicating that the Hedgehog signaling pathway is closely related to fracture healing.This article provides a comprehensive review from multiple perspectives,exploring the role of the Hedgehog signaling pathway in different stage of the healing process,hoping to provide new targets and treatment method for the fracture healing treatment.
