摘要

Chemerin是一种新发现的脂肪因子,可与高亲和力受体ChemR23结合,广泛参与多种生理过程的调节.研究证实,Chemerin/ChemR23信号传导通路与骨代谢调控高度相关.主要通过调控MAPK、PI3K/Akt、Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB等关键信号通路及调节睾酮合成,影响骨代谢.本文综述Chemerin/ChemR23信号通路在骨代谢调控中的研究进展以及与骨质疏松的相关研究,以提高临床对Chemerin/ChemR23信号通路与骨代谢疾病相关性的认识.

Abstract

Chemerin is a newly discovered adipokine that binds to its high-affinity receptor ChemR23 and participates extensively in the regulation of various physiological processes.Studies have confirmed that the Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway is highly relevant to bone metabolism regulation.It mainly regulates bone metabolism by modulating key signaling pathways including MAPK,PI3K/Akt,Wnt/β-catenin,NF-kB,and regulating testosterone synthesis.This article reviews the research progress on the Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway in bone metabolism regulation and its correlation with osteoporosis,to improve the clinical understanding of the relevance between Chemerin/ChemR23 signaling pathway and bone metabolic diseases.
