Osteoporosis is a bone metabolic disease characterized by a decrease in bone mass,which belongs to the category of"bone flaccidity"in Chinese medicine,and its morbidity is rising with each passing year.It is often accompanied by painful symptoms and easy to cause pathological fractures,so that patients suffer from it.The theory of"deficiency of blood stasis"is an important pathogenesis of bone flaccidity discussed by doctors of all dynasties.Its core is kidney deficiency as the foundation and blood stasis as the standard.In this paper,the theory of"deficiency of blood stasis"is extended to the cause and pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of bone potence,and then the relevant treatment of"tonifying kidney and activating blood"is discussed.At the same time,it is pointed out that QiluZhubi capsule has the effect of invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating kidney and strengthening bones,promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind,which is consistent with the"invigorating kidney and invigorating blood circulation method",and the active ingredients contained in its components also have a certain degree of prevention and treatment on osteoporosis,so it can be concluded that QiluZhubi capsule can be used to prevent and cure osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.It has laid a certain foundation for clinical application of osteoporosis prevention and treatment.
