Osteoporosis is a chronic metabolic orthopedic disease characterized by decreased bone mineral density and bone mass.There have been many literature on the application of TCM theory to the discussion of osteoporosis,but most of them are limited to the discussion of the five internal organs.By summarizing the relevant studies on intestinal microecology in modern molecular biology,this paper discusses the correlation between brain-intestinal microecology and osteoporosis.From the modern microecology point of view,this paper reveals the scientific connotation of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis from the brain of Qiheng House of traditional Chinese medicine.We provide new ideas and method for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine,and at the same time enrich the scientific essence of Qiheng House of traditional Chinese medicine.
