中西整合视角下抑郁症与老年骨质疏松症共生机制

摘要
骨质疏松症与抑郁症在人口老龄化加剧的同时发病率也急剧增长,两者互为因果.在中医传统理论中,骨质疏松症和抑郁症皆以"虚"为本,以"滞"为标,两种疾病相因相损,恶性循环,推动着病程的发生发展;在现代医学的脑-骨网络学说中,抑郁症与骨质疏松症都与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和血清维生素D含量存在相关性.该研究基于中西医整合医学视角对抑郁症和骨质疏松症的病理状态进行综述,以期为明确抑郁症和骨质疏松症的共生机制提供新的思路,今后打破两者相互积损的病情进展,促进疾病向愈,预防疾病复发.
Abstract
The incidence of osteoporosis and depression is increasing dramatically with the aging of the population.In the traditional Chinese medicine theory,they are both based on deficiency and superficial with stagnation.The two diseases are caused and damaged with each other in a vicious circle,leading to the development of the disease process.In the brain-bone network theory of modern medicine,depression and osteoporosis are related to the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the serum level of vitamin D.This paper is based on the view of integrative medicine in Chinese and Western medicine.This article explores the pathology of depression and osteoporosis based on the perspective of integrative Chinese and Western medicine,with a view to provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of depression and osteoporosis in the future by breaking the mutual impairment of disease progression,promoting healing of the disease,and preventing recurrence of the disease.
