Osteoporosis is a common,mainly middle-aged and elderly metabolic disease.With the increasing aging trend in China,it is of great significance to study the physiological and pathological progress of osteoporosis to prevent the harm caused by osteoporosis and related complications.As a regulatory factor,microRNAs participate in the metabolic regulation of a variety of bone cells,and play a key role in the differentiation and generation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,which are closely related to osteoporosis,and are considered to be an important factor in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.As a classical signaling pathway related to osteoporosis MAPK signaling pathway plays an important role in delaying the progression of osteoporosis.Studies have shown that the regulation of microRNAs by drugs can prevent and cure osteoporosis,and there is a relationship between MAPK signaling pathway and micrornas signaling pathway.Based on the above background this paper discusses the correlation between microRNAs and MAPK signaling pathways,and links them with bone cells closely related to the treatment of osteoporosis,in order to provide more theoretical basis for the related research on the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
