摘要

消退素作为一种特异性促炎症消退介质,对于炎症性疾病具有很好的治疗效果,在关节炎和牙周炎动物模型中都已得到了验证.然而,目前对于消退素在骨质疏松症和其他炎性骨病的影响研究较少,且缺乏系统的明确的作用机制阐明.本次综述通过查阅相关文献,分别从促炎消退、影响破骨细胞分化成熟和调控成骨细胞分泌相关因子的角度出发对消退素在炎性骨病中的作用进行阐述.由此可见,消退素的两种类型E类和D类均具有很好的骨保护作用,可以减轻炎症的发生,为治疗炎症引起的骨病或慢性炎症导致的骨质破坏提供了希望.

Abstract

As a specific proinflammatory fading mediator,sudoxin has a good therapeutic effect on inflammatory diseases,which has been verified in animal models of arthritis and periodontitis.However,at present,there are few studies on the effects of degatorin in osteoporosis and other inflammatory bone diseases,and there is a lack of systematic and clear mechanism of action.In this review,the effects of sudoxin in inflammatory bone diseases were discussed from the perspectives of proinflammatory regression,influence on osteoclast differentiation and maturation,and regulation of related factors secreted by osteoblasts.It can be seen that the two types of substatin class E and Class D have a good bone protection effect,which can reduce the occurrence of inflammation,and provide hope for the treatment of bone disease caused by inflammation or bone destruction caused by chronic inflammation.
