As a specific proinflammatory fading mediator,sudoxin has a good therapeutic effect on inflammatory diseases,which has been verified in animal models of arthritis and periodontitis.However,at present,there are few studies on the effects of degatorin in osteoporosis and other inflammatory bone diseases,and there is a lack of systematic and clear mechanism of action.In this review,the effects of sudoxin in inflammatory bone diseases were discussed from the perspectives of proinflammatory regression,influence on osteoclast differentiation and maturation,and regulation of related factors secreted by osteoblasts.It can be seen that the two types of substatin class E and Class D have a good bone protection effect,which can reduce the occurrence of inflammation,and provide hope for the treatment of bone disease caused by inflammation or bone destruction caused by chronic inflammation.
