钢铁烟尘等含锌固废资源化利用新技术及产业实践

New Technology and Industrial Practice for Resource Utilization of Zinc-Containing Solid Waste from Steel Soot

钢铁和有色金属在生产过程中会产生烟尘和冶炼渣等固体废物,对环境造成严重影响.为配合"无废城市"建设,本文介绍了基于"火法富集—湿法脱杂—多段耦合集成"工艺所形成的钢铁烟尘及有色金属冶炼渣资源化清洁利用新技术的落地情况,该技术实现了多种含锌固体废物的协同利用,可有效脱除40余种杂质,实现锌、铟等多种金属的高效分步回收,通过对次生废水的利用,在国际上首次实现从钢铁烟尘中回收硫酸铯和碘.
Solid wastes such as soot and smelting slag have a serious impact on the environment which are produced during the production of iron and steel and non-ferrous metals.In order to promote the construction and implementation of"Zero-waste City",this paper introduces the implementation of the new technology of resourceful and clean use of iron and steel fume and non-ferrous metal smelting slag based on the process of"fire enrichment-wet decontamination-multi-stage coupling integration".This technology realises the synergistic use of a variety of zinc-containing solid wastes,effectively removes more than 40 kinds of impurities,and efficient step-by-step recovery of zinc,indium,and other metals.It can recovery caesium sulphate and iodine from iron and steel soot through the use of secondary wastewater for the first time internationally.
