水泥窑烟气干化污泥的技术应用与问题探讨

在"双碳"政策及节能降碳的背景下,回收利用水泥窑窑头烟气余热做热源,低温干化污泥制备替代燃料是水泥企业处置污泥的新思路.本研究介绍了利用5000t/d水泥窑余热将污泥含水率从65%干化至30%的工艺,该工艺不仅实现了烟气余热的回收利用,还增加了污泥的处置能力,经济效益和社会效益显著.
Under the background of double carbon policy and energy saving and carbon reduction,recycling waste heat from waste flue gas of cement kiln head as heat source,low temperature drying sludge to produce alternative fuel is a new development idea of sludge disposal in cement enterprises.This study introduces the process of using 5000 tons/day waste heat of cement kiln to dry the sludge with moisture content of 65%to 30%.This process not only realizes the recovery and utilization of flue gas residual heat,bu also improves the disposal capacity of sludge,and has significant comprehensive benefits.
