摘要
石化行业生产过程排放大量的CO2,将副产的CO2 回收和资源化利用对解决环境和能源问题有重要意义.舟山绿色石化基地将乙二醇装置副产的CO2 回收精制,采用绿色加工流程生产出碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二苯酯、聚碳酸酯等高价值产品,形成上下游一体的"CO2—EC—DMC—DPC—PC工程塑料"产业链,实现基地内节能减污降碳和二氧化碳高价值利用协同增效,是大型石化基地CO2 资源化利用的典型实践.
Abstract
The production process of petrochemical industry emits a large amount of CO2.Recycling and resource utilization of by-product CO2 is of great significance to solve environmental and energy problems.Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base recyles CO2 from the by-product of ethylene glycol plant,and uses green processing processes to produce high-value products such as vinyl carbonate,dimethyl carbonate,diphenyl carbonate,polycarbonate,etc.,forming an upstream and downstream integrated"CO2-EC-DMC-DPC-PC engineering plastics"industry chain.It is a typical practice of CO2 resource utilization in large petrochemical bases to realize the synergistic effect of energy saving,pollution reduction,carbon dioxide reduction and high value utilization of carbon dioxide.
