摘要
文章以山东某氧化铝公司的燃气发生炉产生的 300t/d高油高酚煤焦化废水为例,重点介绍了集"除油—蒸氨—萃取—生物化学—后处理"为一体的高油高酚有机废水复合处理工艺技术.该技术路线先进可靠,治理效果显著,可实现出水达标排放.该项目作为国内少数的技术应用案例,为高油高酚废水的处理提供了一个新思路.
Abstract
In view of high-oil and high-phenol coal coking wastewater,taking the 300t/d wastewater produced by the gas producer of a third alumina company in Shandong as an example,the paper focuses on the self-developed complex treatment process of high-oil and high-phenol organic wastewater integrating chemical and biochemical sections,"Oil removal-Ammonia distillation-Extraction-Biochemical-Post-treatment".The route is advanced and reliable,the treatment effect is remarkable,and the effluent meets the drainage standard.At the same time,it is also a few technical application cases in China,providing a new idea for the treatment of high-oil and high-phenol wastewater.
