微电解催化氧化在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用

目前国内垃圾渗滤液处理主要采用膜过滤,但膜处理产生的浓缩液较难处理,而且处理成本高.某工程采用"微电解催化氧化预处理工艺+A/O+MBR"处理工艺,处理规模为50m3/d,出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)中表 2 的排放要求.工程应用结果表明,微电解催化氧化工艺不产生浓缩液、工艺运行较稳定、运行控制较简单,在垃圾渗滤液处理中具有推广价值.
At present,domestic landfill leachate treatment mainly uses membrane filtration.But the concentrated solution produced by membrane treatment is difficult to treat,and the cost is high.A project adopts"micro electrolysis catalytic oxidation pretreatment process + A/O-MBR"treatment process,the treatment scale is 50m3/d.The effluent quality meets the standard in Table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).The results of engineering application show that the micro electrolysis catalytic oxidation process has the advantages of no concentrated solution,stable operation and simple operation control,which is worthy of popularization and application in landfill leachate treatment.
