本文分析了我国氧化镁法脱硫技术中副产品回收的问题,回顾了我国氧化镁脱硫技术的发展历程,提出采用三循环超低排放工艺和催化氧化提浓硫酸镁技术、烟气浓缩和降温结晶技术,在实现超低排放的同时,可有效回收副产品,实现资源化利用.
Based on the analysis of by-product recovery in magnesium desulfurization in China and the review of the development history of magnesium desulfurization technology in China,this paper proposed,three-cycle ultra-low emission process and catalytic oxidation-based magnesium sulfate concentration technology,flue gas concentration and cooling crystallization technology can be used to achieve ultra-low emission.At the same time,by-products can be effectively recovered and utilized as resources.
