本文为设计某SCR脱硝系统项目中的烟道及支架,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS及Midas-Gen钢结构分析软件,建立了烟道模型及钢支架模型.通过分析高温烟道的应力、变形及热膨胀位移等结果,确定了合理的烟道布筋方案和支撑限位方案,并且提取了最恶劣工况下高温烟道对钢支架产生的支反力,进而将支反力添加于钢支架模型进行分析,使计算结果更接近现实,并对钢支架的稳定性、应力及变形结果进行了分析,为高温烟道及其支架的设计提供了理论参考及计算思路.
In order to design the flue and bracket of an SCR denitration system project,the flue model and bracket model were established by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and Midas-Gen steel structure analysis software.By analyzing the results of stress,deformation and thermal expansion displacement of the high temperature flue,a reasonable flue reinforcement scheme and support limit scheme are determined,and the support force generated by the high temperature flue on the steel support under the worst working conditions is extracted,and then the support force is added to the steel support model for analysis,so that the calculation results are closer to reality.The results of stability,stress and deformation of steel support are analyzed,which provides theoretical reference and calculation ideas for the design of high temperature flue and support.
