This paper summarizes the needs of enterprise environmental control and internal management of the park through the review of the development status and ecological environment of domestic industrial parks,and expounds the major theories of industrial park concentration,total limit and limit management from the perspectives of overall goals,management requirements,and construction requirements.and practical approaches,and put forward three suggestions for the implementation of the policy.
