Abstract
In the context of the"The Chain Chief System",the technical route for formulating environmental protection industry planning urgently needs to be adjusted.This article analyzes the development situation of the industry,determines the planning ideas,clarifies the goals of the planning,proposes planning points and detailed measures,and forms the technical route for environmental protection industry planning under the background of"The Chain Chief System",providing suggestions for accelerating the modernization level of China's environmental protection industry chain.
