The electromagnetic pulse valve is the main device of the pulse jet bag filter dust removal system,and its performance directly determines the cleaning effect of the filter bag,and affects the service life of the filter bag and equipment operation resistance.Through theoretical analysis of electromagnetic pulse valves and laboratory comparative experiments,a new type of differential airway and injection performance research are carried out,which enables the electromagnetic pulse valve to output airflow for high-speed injection.A"short pulse"dust cleaning technology is proposed to achieve low-carbon and energy-saving.
