对改性飞灰烟道循环喷射脱硫脱NH3的研究

本文设计了飞灰循环改性系统及烟道喷射系统,由喷射装置将其均匀喷入烟道中,使改性飞灰与烟气中的酸性气体或碱性气体发生反应,避免对后续除尘器等设备的腐蚀.实验表明,改性飞灰对烟气中的NH3、SO2 有很好的吸附效果.
In this paper,a fly ash recycling modification system and a flue spray system are designed.The spray device will spray the modified fly ash into the flue uniformly,so that the modified fly ash will react with acid gas or alkaline gas in the flue gas,and avoid the corrosion of subsequent equipment such as dust collector.The experiment shows that the modified fly ash has a good adsorption effect on NH3 and SO2 in flue gas.
