摘要
脱硫废水是火电厂难处理的废水之一,脱硫废水"零排放"成为火电厂工业废水"零排放"的关键.脱硫废水成分复杂,水质波动大,高效稳定的预处理单元对后续减量浓缩和蒸发结晶起到至关重要的作用.本文对近年来脱硫废水预处理工艺进行了总结,将其归纳为软化处理和固液分离两部分,并分析了现有工艺存在的不足,对新处理技术的发展进行了介绍.
Abstract
In thermal power plants,desulfurization wastewater is one of the most intractable problem and the zero liquid discharge(ZLD)of desulfurization wastewater is the key to zero liquid discharge of industrial wastewater.The components of desulfurization wastewater are complex and the water quality fluctuates greatly.The efficient and stable pretreatment plays a crucial role in the subsequent concentration and evaporation crystallization.In this paper,the pretreatment process of desulfurization wastewater in recent years is summarized,which is divided into two parts:softening and solid-liquid separation.The shortcomings of the existing process are analyzed,and the development of new treatment technology are introduced.
