摘要
本文通过运用文献分析法、案例研究法,设计出第十五届全运会绿色低碳办赛总体思路,将绿色低碳理念贯穿到赛前策划、赛中执行与监控、赛后总结评估全过程.具体实现路径为:在场馆建设上,采用环保材料和新工艺,推进既有场馆绿色化改造;在能源使用方面,加大清洁能源和可再生能源的使用;在出行方面,加大新能源车投放力度并建立智慧调度管理平台;在运营方面,因地制宜围绕衣食住行用降低运营成本;在公众参与方面,加强宣传和碳普惠应用.
Abstract
This paper uses literature analysis and case study methods to design the overall idea of green and low-carbon hosting for the 15th National Games,integrating the concept of green and low-carbon into the entire process of pre competition planning,during competition execution and monitoring,and post competition summary and evaluation.This paper also clarifies the specific implementation path.In terms of venue construction,we should adopt environmental protection materials and new technologies,and promote the green transformation of existing venues.In terms of energy use,we should increase the use of clean and renewable energy,increase the investment of new energy vehicles in transportation,and establishe an intelligent dispatching management platform.In terms of operation,we should reduce operating costs by adapting to local conditions around clothing,food,housing,transportation and other aspects.In terms of public participation,we should strengthen promotion and carbon inclusive applications.
