Numerical Simulation of the Efficiency of Spraying Dust Suppression

喷雾抑尘系统被广泛用于治理工业生产过程中产生的无组织扬尘.本研究尝试应用数值模拟方法对喷雾抑尘过程进行模拟,进而预测系统的抑尘效率,并通过物理实验数据对该模型进行验证.结果表明,计算流体动力学(CFD)可用于预测喷雾系统的抑尘效率,以及优化喷雾系统的设计方案,提升设计的成功率.
Spraying dust suppression systems are widely used to control airborne dust generated in industrial production processes.In this study,numerical simulation method is applied to simulate the spray dust suppression process to predict the dust suppression efficiency of the system and improve the accuracy of the system design.The model was also validated by physical experiment data.The results show that CFD can be used to predict the dust suppression efficiency of the spray system,optimize the design of the spray system,and improve the success rate of the design.
