废低温脱硝催化剂热处理除硫铵盐研究

Studies on Removal of Ammonium Bisulfate from Waste Low Temperature Denitrification Catalyst by Heat Treatment

废低温脱硝催化剂表面被硫酸氢铵覆盖,会严重影响脱硝催化剂的使用活性,而且在再生水洗过程中,硫酸氢铵会影响废脱硝催化剂的物理强度.由此,本文研究了在水洗前增加高温煅烧工艺,去除废低温脱硝催化剂中的部分硫酸氢铵,以保证废低温脱硝催化剂再生的顺利进行.
Based on the fact that the surface of waste low-temperature denitration catalysts is covered with ammonium bisulfate,which seriously affects the activity of the denitration catalyst,and during the process of recycled washing,ammonium bisulfate affects the physical strength of the waste denitration catalyst,therefore,this paper studied the high temperature calcination process before washing,which can remove some ammonium bisulfate from the waste low-temperature denitration catalyst to ensure the smooth completion of the regeneration of the waste low-temperature denitration catalyst.
