This paper introduces a new GPX-DPI desulphurization device,which is a DPI integrated dry purification device customized and developed around GPX high performance complex calcium-based absorbent.The application of this process device in the flue gas desulfurization of cement kiln can ensure that the SO2 emission index of flue gas outlet is stable and lower than the environmental acceptance limit,the removal speed is fast,the efficiency is high,the concentration of pollutants in the export meets the requirement of ultra-low emission,and the by-products can be recycled.Compared with other process equipment,the cost is lower under the same consumption,and it has better economic value.
