摘要
喷雾干燥尾气具有湿度大、易结块、粉尘浓度高等特点,通常采用喷淋塔与湿电除雾器结合的净化处理工艺.本文介绍了微管束除尘除雾器提高分离效率的技术原理与性能优势以及在喷雾干燥尾气处理应用中的具体情况与节能减排效果.应用结果表明,除尘除雾器具有阻力小、排放少、易保洁、空间小、费用少的突出优势.
Abstract
Spray drying exhaust gas,characterized by high humidity,easy agglomeration,and high dust concentration,typically adopts a purification process combining a spray tower with a wet electrostatic precipitator.This article introduces the technical principles and performance advantages of the micro tube demister in improving separation efficiency,as well as its specific application and energy-saving and emission-reduction effects in the treatment of spray drying exhaust gas.The application demonstrates that the micro tube demister has outstanding advantages including low gas resistance,low emissions,easy to keep clean,small space requirements,and low cost.
