本文针对高炉粗除尘灰现有卸灰输灰过程中存在的安全、环保及设备磨损等问题,设计开发出一套以保证除尘器除尘效率和气力输灰为核心的一键式智能高炉粗除尘灰卸灰系统,并将该系统运用于生产实践.经过半年的试运行,证明本系统很好地保证了粗除尘器的除尘效率并解决了粗除尘灰卸灰过程中煤气泄漏及扬尘等问题,为系统解决高炉粗除尘灰处理过程中的超低排放起到了示范作用.
This paper focuses on the safety,environmental protection,and equipment wear issues existing in the current unloading and transportation process of blast furnace coarse dust.A one-touch intelligent unloading and transportation system for blast furnace coarse dust,centered around pneumatic conveying,has been designed and developed.This system has been applied in practical production,and after a half-year trial operation,it has been proven to effectively solve problems such as gas leakage and dust raising during the unloading process of blast furnace coarse dust,setting an example for achieving ultra-low emissions in the transfer process of blast furnace coarse dust.
