摘要
文章从建设目标、基本原则、设计路线三个方面介绍了化工园区有毒有害气体环境预警体系,为理顺企业、园区、政府和相关部门之间的应急指挥协调关系,保障预警体系的高效运转,以及进一步加强化工园区环境保护、提升环境监管水平和落实环境治理力度奠定了基础.
Abstract
This paper introduces the environmental warning system of toxic and harmful gases in chemical industrial parks from the construction goals,basic principles and design routes.In order to straighten out the emergency command and coordination relationship among enterprises,parks,governments and relevant departments and ensure the efficient operation of the warning system.In addition,it lays a foundation for strengthening the environmental protection of the chemical park,improving the level of environmental supervision,and implementing environmental governance.
