The Eco-environment Oriented Development(EOD)mode represents an innovative approach to project organization and implementation,departing from traditional mode that define scope based on industry sectors,geographic areas,or project durations.EOD mode addresses issues such as fragmented value realization of ecosystem products,dispersed elements,and lack of executors.This paper delves into the core concepts and theoretical framework of the EOD mode by presenting its fundamental logical mechanisms through the construction of an ecosystem product value chain model.The value flow process is depicted and aim measures are proposed to promote sustainable development for enterprises.Take the EOD project in Rizhao,Shandong as an example,the EOD ecosystem product value chain model is applied to analyze the processes of value formation and transformation,as well as the overall benefits of the project.
