本文探讨了生态环境导向的开发(EOD)模式在推动地方生态环境保护与经济社会高质量发展中的作用.EOD模式的核心价值在于提供系统化的解决方案和创新的项目组织实施方式,旨在通过科学规划与资源整合激发区域发展潜力.通过地方政府、实施主体和金融机构等各方的共同努力,可以有效利用EOD模式促进区域绿色可持续发展.
Abstract
This article discusses the role of the Eco-environment Oriented Development(EOD)mode in driving local ecological conservation and high-quality economic and social development.The core value of the EOD mode lies in providing a systematic solution and an innovative approach to project implementation,aimed at stimulating regional development potential through scientific planning and resource integration.Through the concerted efforts of local governments,implementing entities,financial institutions,and other stakeholders,the EOD mode can effectively leverage to promote green and sustainable regional development.
