燃煤电厂低温省煤器烟道积灰改进办法初探

摘要
低温省煤器作为国内燃煤电厂节能降碳的核心装备之一,在燃煤电厂尾部烟气处理中占据不可忽视的地位.但是,部分燃煤电厂由于烟道设置不合理,造成低温省煤器烟道积灰,从而影响低温省煤器换热效果.本文通过对低温烟道积灰现象进行分析,并利用数模对烟道内部流场进行模拟,提出解决烟道积灰问题的针对性方法,为提升低温省煤器换热器效果提供参考.
Abstract
Low temperature economizers,as one of the core equipment for energy conservation and carbon reduction in domestic coal-fired power plants,play an indispensable role in the tail gas treatment of coal-fired power plants in China.However,in some coal-fired power plants,due to unreasonable flue settings,ash accumulation occurs in the flue of the low-temperature economizer,which affects the heat transfer efficiency of the low-temperature economizer.This article analyzes the phenomenon of ash accumulation in the flue of low-temperature economizers,and uses mathematical modeling to simulate the internal flow field of the flue.Targeted methods are proposed to solve the problem of ash accumulation in the flue,providing reference for improving the efficiency of low-temperature economizer heat exchangers.
