摘要

本文以大唐三门峡火电厂一期(320MW)和二期(630MW)机组石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统(WFGD)超低排放改造为研究对象,对涉及吸收塔本体和除雾器相关设施的具体改造措施进行了梳理.改造后,脱硫系统运行排放达到了超低排放标准,而且脱硫系统能够长时间稳定有效运行,成功实现了改造目的.

Abstract

This essay researches on the ultra-low emission retrofit of the first phase(320MW)and the second phase(630MW)limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization system in Datang San Menxia Power Plant,sorts out the particulars of retrofit measurements related to absorption tower body and demister.After completion of retrofit,the operation of desulfurization system meets the requirements under ultra-low emission criteria,which also achieves long-time,stable and effective operation,it achieves the goal of this retrofit.
