摘要
针对某煤矿高矿化度矿井水水质特点,采用"深度预处理+膜分盐浓缩+蒸发结晶"组合工艺,实现了矿井水资源化再利用.文章介绍了整体工艺流程、核心处理单元设计参数以及实际运行效果.此外,文章针对应用中出现的问题,提出了解决思路,以期为后续高矿化度矿井水资源化"零排放"项目工艺设计提供参考.
Abstract
Taking into account the specific water quality characteristics of a high salinity mine water at a specific coal mine,a combined process comprising"deep pretreatment,membrane-based salt separation and concentration,and subsequent evaporation crystallization"was employed to accomplish the recycling and reuse of mine water resources.The paper presents an overview of the complete process flow,unveils the design parameters for core processing units,and reports on the actual operational efficiencies observed.Moreover solutions are proposed for the problems encountered in application,providing a reference for zero discharge engineering of high salinity mine water resource utilization in the future.
