本文分析了粤港澳大湾区生态环境治理现状与挑战,探讨了粤港澳大湾区在生态环境治理中的法治化路径,并借鉴国际经验,提出推进粤港澳大湾区生态环境治理法治化的建议.
Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation and challenges of ecological environment governance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.It explores the path of rule of law in ecological environment governance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Drawing on international experience,it puts forward suggestions to promote the rule of law in ecological environment governance in the Greater Bay Area.
