摘要
近日,中国人民银行等 8 部门联合发布了《关于进一步做好金融支持长江经济带绿色低碳高质量发展的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》).本文概述了我国绿色低碳发展的进展和面临的问题,分析了《意见》的特点和重点内容,并指出我国生态环保产业发展面临的机遇.
Abstract
Recently,the People's Bank of China,along with eight other departments,jointly issued the"Guiding Opinions on Further Improving Financial Support for the Green,Low-Carbon,and High-Quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt"(hereinafter referred to as the"Guiding Opinions").The article outlines the progress and challenges of China's green,low-carbon development,analyzes the characteristics and key content of the"Guiding Opinions,"and points out the opportunities faced by the development of China's ecological and environmental protection industry.
