摘要
2022 年 4 月,《尾矿污染环境防治管理办法》(以下简称《管理办法》)正式颁布,并于同年 7 月开始实施.本文对《管理办法》的主要修订内容进行了分析,并提出了进一步增强尾矿污染环境防治能力的对策建议.
Abstract
Regulation on the Prevention and Control of Tailings Pollution was officially promulgated in April 2022 and implemented in July of the same year.This paper introduces the key revisions made to the regulation and provides strategic suggestions to further strengthen the prevention and control of tailings pollution.
