摘要
本文以华润水泥(长治)5000t/d新型干法炉窑高温微尘SCR一体化技术的成功应用为例,介绍该技术的技术原理、设计方案、实施效果,并对方案的应用技术经济性做出分析.本文对今后同类新型干法炉窑的氮氧化物超低排放改造及该技术在大型水泥炉窑上的推广具有一定的参考和借鉴作用.
Abstract
Taking the successful application of high temperature micro dust SCR integration technology used in Huarun cement(Changzhi)5000t/d new dry process kiln as an example,the paper introduces the technical principle,design scheme and implementation effect of the technology,and analyzes the technical economy of the scheme.This paper has a positive reference role for the future similar new dry process kiln NOx ultra-low emission transformation and the promotion of this technology in large cement furnace.
